As we ring in the New Year, there has never been a better time to start making progress on your educational and career goals. Whether you are looking to learn new skills or to earn a degree, Utah Tech University is excited to help you along the way.
In partnership with the Utah System of Higher Education, Utah Tech is offering a Learn & Work program that helps working adults increase their skills to advance in their current jobs or prepare for future career ambitions. Open through the end of August 2024 to Utahns who have a high school diploma or its equivalent, Learn & Work grants participants access to Pluralsight’s more than 7,000 online courses and resources. These noncredit courses range from high-demand technological fields—such as big data, the cloud, network and security engineering, and scrum—to soft skills that can be applied in real-world scenarios. Additionally, Pluralsight is consistently adding instruction on AI, allowing participants to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and leverage resources, such as ChatGPT.
The best part about this program is that it’s completely free to participants and even covers the cost of completing an industry-recognized certification exam. Additionally, students can enjoy flexibility of both their study schedule and pacing since Pluralsight’s platform is fully online. Visit cares.utahtech.edu to learn more and apply to participate in Utah Tech’s Learn & Work Program.
